Have travelled extensively in UK, Europe, (East and West), Africa, Scandinavia, Middle East, Asia, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

Hobbies include skiing, running, tennis, squash, and on and off-road motor-cycling.

My favourite place in New Zealand is Queenstown, and my favourite activity is para-gliding.

Rachel Powell

I have been working in New Zealand frontline tourism for the past five years.

I competed in Dragon boating for five years and I am a New Zealand Dragon Boat National Champion.

My favourite place in New Zealand is pretty much most of it – but I love Wanaka and along the west coast of the South Island.

I love spending time travelling around New Zealand, with my fiancé Tim and my 12 year old dog Titus. There is so much to see and do anywhere in New Zealand, we have great walks, lakes, rivers where I love to spend weekends camping, fishing, mountain biking and walking.

I have travelled extensively throughout NZ, and have worked and travelled in the UK, Europe, USA.

Have also travelled in Middle East, Canada, Australia and the Pacific Islands.

Hobbies include running, cycling, photography, travelling.

Favourite place in NZ - West Coast of the South Island.

Favourite activity in NZ - Kayaking/Walking in Abel Tasman.

Melissa Gray

Born in Blenheim, the sunniest place in New Zealand, but my favourite place is Fox Glacier on the Southern West Coast of NZ.

I enjoy all adrenalin activities, but especially skydiving. My hobbies include travelling, reading and Yoga, and would like to learn Italian.

Have travelled extensively in Europe, Canada, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Pacific Islands and New Zealand.

Valeria Houtman

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I moved to New Zealand in 2008, where I have been living since.

Having travelled throughout the country on several occasions, my “Must See” are: Abel Tasman, Banks Peninsula and Fiordland where hiking is just awesome!

I also enjoy kayaking, golf and reading.

Spanish is my mother tongue, English my adopted one and I also have a thorough understanding of French.

Sonoko Genta

I was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan and I have been living in New Zealand for the past 18 years. I speak Japanese and English.

I have spent most of my time in NZ living in Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown.

I dedicated 2005 to backpacking around the world solo and ever since, I seem to have been infected with the travel bug! I am a creative, arty, helpful individual who loves to ski, swim and face new challenges.

Favourite place in NZ so far? Governors Bay, Banks Peninsula!

I was born in Bonn, Germany and have been living in Christchurch, New Zealand for 6 years.

I have travelled all over New Zealand and love spending relaxing weekends in Hanmer Springs or Wanaka, going on walks and horse treks or just enjoying the scenery.

My favorite place in New Zealand would be Christchurch, because it’s great everyday living and you can easily reach any destination on the South Island.

I was born in Christchurch, New Zealand but adore the Queenstown area for its beautiful scenery and numerous activities and attractions.

I love travelling and have done so briefly in Australia, and extensively around New Zealand.
